Sublytics is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager in our Downtown Denver office. Sublytics’ data analytics SaaS platform simplifies the view of data for E-commerce subscription-focused merchants from brand discovery through retention. Merchants on Sublytics truly understand the drivers of their customer’s lifetime value and have actionable insights to create scale and profitability in their business.

We have grown and have doubled profits every year – all by word of mouth and without leveraging marketing (seriously, check our social media presence). We’re poised for exponential growth in leveraging a variety of marketing channels to communicate our value proposition and success stories to generate new sales opportunities.

This is an ideal position for an individual looking for career growth in a marketing leadership position. Utilizing a proven track record of generating qualified leads and retaining customers, this individual provides a strong sense of relevancy and excitement to drive engagement through email, social media, webinars, trade shows, and strategic partner channels.

We’re looking for someone with 5-10 years of proven experience operating in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Further, we’re looking for someone who is a trailblazer – not afraid to lead the charge, make recommendations known and communicate effectively with management, team members and leverage existing consultants/agencies to support content generation and graphic design.

Have Successfully:

  • Generated Leads for B2B SaaS Companies
  • Managed Resources – internal or external
  • Leveraged Analytics Tools (i.e.: Google Analytics)
  • Used ESPs to Acquire, Nurture and Retain
  • Optimized Campaigns through A/B Testing
  • Transitioned from a high-five to a fist bump
  • Have at least 5-10 years’ experience in driving qualified leads through outbound marketing using email, social media, webinars, trade shows, and strategic partner channels.
  • Lead cross-functional strategy meetings with executive, sales, customer success, product and technology teams as well as customers and strategic third party partners to identify marketing opportunities for content and design.
  • Establish acquisition and retention goals for overall marketing outreach and understand existing products, opportunities, challenges, market potential and product roadmap to position optimally to achieve those goals.
  • Create mutually beneficial content that communicates unique value propositions to generate leads for Sublytics and strategic partners.
  • Clearly communicate a written/verbal concept and provide direction to applicable internal/external support resources in the areas of content and design and follow through to successful project completion.
  • Work to deeply understand the lifecycle of Sublytics’ customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will identify personas, create customer/prospect cohorts, drip campaigns, develop campaign strategy, optimize and drive execution.
  • Measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale. YOU LOVE DATA AND MAKE DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS!
  • Synthesize complex data driven ideas into actionable recommendations for leadership. You’ve also got the tenacity to stand behind those ideas with passion.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
